We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused this morning when bookings did not work for many of you.
We will be re-opening bookings tomorrow, splitting the weeks over the next three days.
Week 1 only will open on Thursday 5th March
Week 2 bookings on Friday 6th March
Week 3 bookings will open on Saturday 7th March.
Please ensure that you book on the correct day, because if you try to book at the wrong time your booking will be declined by the system.
If you are booking for more than one week, please book on each relevant day needed for the weeks you plan to come. You will not be able to book for multiple weeks on one day.
Please note that we are NOT operating a first-come-first-served system. Rather, we will be looking at each booking and working through pitching arrangements before accepting bookings or placing them on the waiting list. Please allow up to two weeks from Monday 9th March for us to confirm your booking. We appreciate your patience as we work out the best pitching solutions.
Please note that we are all volunteers and also have other life-commitments to juggle as we seek to serve you in this way.
