Vacant positions to assist the campsite in 2026 and beyond; Bookkeeper and Administrator.

The campsite is run by volunteers  to provide the campsite operations.

There is a need for two positions to be filled in 2026 and beyond.

Administrator Job Description.

There is a role throughout the Calendar year from January through to December to assist the planning team across a range of tasks.

The administrator shall:

  • Attend all key planning team meetings, usually one in person and the remainder online.
  • Record actions from planning meetings
  • Be on copy for all planning team correspondence
  • Assist with all procurement duties, including subcontractors, suppliers and transactions that take place on site
  • Liaise with the bookkeeper on the above matters
  • Assist the planning team in executing their duties

A dedicated campsite email address shall be provided, along with a link to a secure cloud location.

An internet connection will be needed from home.
