Final Payments will be due by the 14th of May 2024
We shall be sending out final / balance invoices at the begining of May. All invoices will be due by the 14th May, this is 2 months prior to Camp starting.
Making changes
We do understand that there are always last minute changes to a booking. We strongly recomend that any of these changes are made prior to the end of April / Issue of final invoices. This will ensure that the final invoice is correct.
Prepare to Pay
To make a Payment you will need to Login in to You your account . This MUST be the Email that you made your Booking with. Check you booking confirmation to see what email you booked under. This is the MOST common point of failure.
Please ensure that you know your password, or reset your password at the login screen if unknown.
We note that not all credit and debit cards work with SumUp. We recomend that you have an alternative payment method to hand, should your prime method Fail. UK payment solutions appear to work Fully.
Also Note that some virus protection software solution prevent payment to a new account . ~Be prepared to adjust/ approve your virus protection at the time of payment.
We do not take Payments over the Phone.
If payment is not made your booking will be cancelled. It will not be possible to reinstate the booking as the availability will be transferred to another on the waiting List.
IF an order is cancelled as a result of NON Payment, a New BOOKING will have to be created. Remeber that Weeks 2 &3 are over subscribed with people on the waiting list.
